The Power of Goals By Tony Robbins

This is another great video on setting your goals and achieving it.
Check it out! And make it happen!

The Secret To Absolute Certainty by Tony Robbins

Hey Friends,
After having seen a number of Tony Robbins videos.
I just felt that this is one of the really good videos that teach and motivate you to achieve your goals.
Tony Robbins tell you what you can do to make your goal a certainty.
Enjoy the video!

Tony Robbins spoke about his golf lessons.
Where he did very well on the first day, then on the next day he couldn't play as well.
Then Tony blamed the golf instructor that he was a "terrible" instructor.
So Tony asked the instructor what he could do to improve, so the instructor mentioned that Tony was only a little bit off.
The instructor said, "You were only about a millimeter (mm) or two off."
Instructor said, "When you change the angle that you are attacking, it is just one or two millimeters. Do you see how it changes the arc?"
This one instead of being in the Green by 1millimeter, you are in the water, the next moment you are in the sand.
Also you are hitting the ground by 1millimeter, you are not stroking it, just by 1mm.

What a great belief system, that when all hell is breaking loose, you are only 1 millimeter off.
Cause' most people think that it is impossible and that is why they give up.
Isn't that true?

Tony was also supposed see one of his clients 2days later that is a top plastic surgeons in the world, who is going through some tough time in his life.
He can make people who are 80years old look like 40years old.

While he was waiting for him after his operation, he took up a book that was written by the surgeon to teach other surgeons. He has mathematically calculated what it takes to make someone look gorgeous.
For example the distance between the top part of your lip and your nose, the measurement of that if you are beautiful and gorgeous it is the same size as your eye. If it is a millimeter more, you have an average face. If it is 2 millimeter more, you are butt ugly.
So the difference between beautiful and butt ugly is 2 millimeters.

So a very powerful belief to leave today is that if nothing's working, you are just a millimeter away. When you make a little shift everyday, you will be in a totally different destination and direction.

The difference between Certain and Uncertain is just a tiny difference in your chest.
Could you condition yourself into a Peak state? YES!

Use your body and change your focus. Can you train yourself to believe in something? Yes!

In Disneyland, after you went to It's A Small World After All. After a week, the song is still in your head.
Tony uses Incantations. If you have a voice in your head that say "Oh I can't do it", it breaks your good pattern. So train a new one, Tony use Incantations not affirmations.
It's not just saying "I'm Happy, I'm Happy, I'm Happy."

It's about changing your physiology. Incantations is not only you seek it. but you embody it with all the intensity that you can. And you do it with enough repetitions that you stick it in your head. So you use your body and your voice.

Tony command the state and that he was able to influence people who are far more successful than he is at that time. Tony still does it backstage for the past 23years and still doing it now.
Tony don't hope to be in a good state. He demand it!

In a room, when two people meet and if there's rapport, and the person who is MOST CERTAIN will always influence the other person.

Successful people do, what failures won't.

"When it seems impossible, when it seems like nothing is going to work, you're usually just a few millimeters away from making it happen." ~ Anthony Robbins

Racing Against Time - Stress VS Motivation

Racing Against Time

Does racing against time give you more motivation or give you more stress?
Does the racing spirit mean getting ahead in the competition, and always wanting to be the best? Does pressure make you perform better?

An idea that you set, and a goal so high and set the expectation so high, then you work as hard as you can and win that.

Being Focused and tune out the noise. And think what is it that you really want to see.

The only way to get you recognised is to race in a competition.
When you are in a competition, you make it happen. You kinda force it. Sometimes you get hurt, but that's the best way to get hurt.

Clarity has the potential to change the world. ~ Honda

A race is an opportunity to provide something new, to provide new solutions.

When you are under pressure, it forces you to give your best answer.

"Stone Age did not end because people ran out of stones. And it be great if we
can end Oil Age not because we run out of oil, because we find something better."

Don't Hope...Decide (Inspirational story on Marriage, Family, Love)

Hey fellow friends,
Below is a story that I received from a friend few days ago.
I find it meaningful for those who have families, so I thought I just post it her to inspire more people.

Enjoy!
____________________________________________________________________
This story was from a guy who told about his amazing story that he experienced one day.

I had one of those life-changing experiences that you hear other people talk about -the kind that sneaks up on you unexpectedly. This one occurred a mere two feet away from me. Straining to locate my friend among the passengers deplaning through the jetway, I noticed a man coming toward me carrying two light bags.

He stopped right next to me to greet his family. First he motioned to his youngest son (maybe six years old) as he laid down his bags. They gave each other a long, loving hug. As they separated enough to look in each other's face, I heard the father say, "It's so good to see you, son. I missed you so much!" His son smiled somewhat shyly, averted his eyes and replied softly, "Me, too, Dad!"

Then the man stood up, gazed in the eyes of his oldest son (maybe nine or ten) and while cupping his son's face in his hands said, "You're already quite the young man. I love you very much, Zach!" They too hugged a most loving, tender hug.

While this was happening, a baby girl (perhaps one or one-and-a-half) was squirming excitedly in her mother's arms, never once taking her little eyes off the wonderful sight of her returning father.

The man said, "Hi, baby girl!" as he gently took the child from her mother. He quickly kissed her face all over and then held her close to his chest while rocking her from side to side. The little girl instantly relaxed and simply laid her head on his shoulder, motionless in pure contentment.

After several moments, he handed his daughter to his oldest son and declared, "I've saved the best for last!" and proceeded to give his wife the longest, most passionate kiss I ever remember seeing.

He gazed into her eyes for several seconds and then silently mouthed. "I love you so much!" They stared at each other's eyes, beaming big smiles at one another, while holding both hands. For an instant they reminded me of newlyweds, but I knew by the age of their kids that they couldn't possibly be.

I puzzled about it for a moment then realized how totally engrossed I was in the wonderful display of unconditional love not more than an arm's length away from me.

I suddenly felt uncomfortable, as if I was invading something sacred, but was amazed to hear my own voice nervously ask, "Wow! How long have you two been married?" "Been together fourteen years total, married twelve of those." he replied, without breaking his gaze from his lovely wife's face. "Well then, how long have you been away?" I asked the man finally turned and looked at me, still beaming his joyous smile."Two whole days!"

Two days? I was stunned. By the intensity of the greeting, I had assumed he'd been gone for at least several weeks - if not months. I know my expression betrayed me, I said almost offhandedly, hoping to end my intrusion with some semblance of grace (and to get back to searching for my friend), "I hope my marriage is still that passionate after twelve years!"

The man suddenly stopped smiling. He looked me straight in the eye, and with forcefulness that burned right into my soul, he told me something that left me a different person. He told me, "Don't hope, friend... decide!" Then he flashed me his wonderful smile again, shook my hand and said, "God bless!" With that, he and his family turned and strode away together.

I was still watching that exceptional man and his special family walk just out of sight when my friend came up to me and asked, "What'cha looking at?" Without hesitating, and with a curious sense of certainty, I replied, "My future!"

Don't hope my friends, Decide !! Decide how you want your life to be and just take action and live it !

How are you? Hope all is well.

3 years ago when I first invited T Harv Eker to Singapore/Malaysia, he told me that he will give 3 years of his time in Asia. Afterwhich, he’d like to speak less and do less. I can relate to this because I am already 53 and I too, want to do less.

Time really flies. Now, 3 years' time frame is already up.

Harv Eker is already doing much lesser now and will be harder to have him speak "LIVE" in Asia.

If you want to see Harv Eker “LIVE”, come and re-attend the Millionaire Mind Intensive Singapore, from 13th - 15th November 2009. Do bring a friend and both of you can come for F.R.E.E!

Enlightenment from Mother Teresa

I received this useful info from a friend, so I guess that it would be good to post some of these useful stuff so I hope it would benefit people and help others gain greater wisdom.

Have you ever wondered why some people have such an amazing energy that when they walk into a room causing the entire dynamics of the room to change.

This is True for So many great people, and spiritual masters, and mother Teresa was a great example.

There is this great quote by Mother Teresa, it will tell you everything about her style of thinking.

"People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered; Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives; Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies; Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you; Be honest and frank anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight; Build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous; Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow; Do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have and it may just never be enough;
Give the world the best you have anyway.

You see, in the final analysis, it's all between you and God; It was never between you and them anyway."

Lee Kuan Yew On Aging

I got this from a friend. Read this!!
Reflect, Understand and be inspired.

Lee Kuan Yew On Aging:

MY CONCERN today is, what is it I can tell you which can add to your knowledge about ageing and what ageing societies can do. You know more about this subject than I do. A lot of it is out in the media, Internet and books. So I thought the best way would be to take a personal standpoint and tell you how I approach this question of ageing.

If I cast my mind back, I can see turning points in my physical and mental health. You know, when you're young, I didn't bother, assumed good health was God-given and would always be there. When I was about - '57 that was - I was about 34, we were competing in elections, and I was really fond of drinking beer and smoking.. And after the election campaign, in Victoria Memorial Hall - we had won the election, the City Council election - I couldn't thank the voters because I had lost my voice. I'd been smoking furiously. I'd take a packet of 10 to deceive myself, but I'd run through the packet just sitting on the stage, watching the crowd, getting the feeling, the mood before I speak.. In other words, there were three speeches a night. Three speeches a night, 30 cigarettes, a lot of beer after that, and the voice was gone.

I remember I had a case in Kuching, Sarawak. So I took the flight and I felt awful.. I had to make up my mind whether I was going to be an effective campaigner and a lawyer, in which case I cannot destroy my voice, and I can't go on. So I stopped smoking. It was a tremendous deprivation because I was addicted to it. And I used to wake up dreaming...the nightmare was I resumed smoking.

But I made a choice and said, if I continue this, I will not be able to do my job. I didn't know anything about cancer of the throat or oesophagus or the lungs, etc. But it turned out it had many other deleterious effects. Strangely enough after that, I became very allergic, hyper-allergic to smoking, so much so that I would plead with my Cabinet ministers not to smoke in the Cabinet room. You want to smoke, please go out, because I am allergic.

Then one day I was at the home of my colleague, Mr Rajaratnam, meeting foreign correspondents including some from the London Times and they took a picture of me and I had a big belly like that (puts his hands in front of his belly), a beer belly. I felt no, no, this will not do. So I started playing more golf, hit hundreds of balls on the practice tee. But this didn't go down. There was only one way it could go down: consume less, burn up more.

Another turning point came when - this was 1976, after the general election - I was feeling tired. I was breathing deeply at the Istana, on the lawns. My daughter, who at that time just graduating as a doctor, said: 'What are you trying to do?' I said: 'I feel an effort to breathe in more oxygen.' She said: 'Don't play golf. Run.

Aerobics.' So she gave me a book, quite a famous book and, then, very current in America on how you score aerobic points swimming, running, whatever it is, cycling. I looked at it sceptically. I wasn't very keen on running. I was keen on golf. So I said, 'Let's try'. So in-between golf shots while playing on my own, sometimes nine holes at the Istana, I would try and walk fast between shots.. Then I began to run between shots. And I felt better. After a while, I said: 'Okay, after my golf, I run.' And after a few years, I said: 'Golf takes so long. The running takes 15 minutes. Let's cut out the golf and let's run.'

I think the most important thing in ageing is you got to understand yourself. And the knowledge now is all there. When I was growing up, the knowledge wasn't there. I had to get the knowledge from friends, from doctors. But, perhaps, the most important bit of knowledge that the doctor gave me was one day, when I said: 'Look, I'm feeling slower and sluggish.' So he gave me a medical encyclopaedia and he turned the pages to ageing. I read it up and it was illuminating. A lot of it was difficult jargon but I just skimmed through to get the gist of it.

As you grow, you reach 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and then, thereafter, you are on a gradual slope down physically. Mentally, you carry on and on and on until I don't know what age, but mathematicians will tell you that they know their best output is when they're in their 20s and 30s when your mental energy is powerful and you haven't lost many neurons.. That's what they tell me.

So, as you acquire more knowledge, you then craft a programme for yourself to maximise what you have. It's just common sense. I never planned to live till 85 or 84! I just didn't think about it. I said: 'Well, my mother died when she was 74, she had a stroke. My father died when he was 94.'

But I saw him, and he lived a long life, well, maybe it was his DNA. But more than that, he swam every day and he kept himself busy. He was working for the Shell company. He was in charge, he was a superintendent of an oil depot. When he retired, he started becoming a salesman. So people used to tell me: 'Your father is selling watches at BP de Silva.' My father was then living with me. But it kept him busy. He had that routine: He meets people, he sells watches, he buys and sells all kinds of semi-precious stones, he circulates coins. And he keeps going. But at 87, 88, he fell, going down the steps from his room to the dining room, broke his arm, three months incapacitated. Thereafter, he couldn't go back to swimming.

Then he became wheelchair-bound. Then it became a problem because my house was constructed that way. So my brother, who's a doctor and had a flat (one-level) house, took him in. And he lived on till 94. But towards the end, he had gradual loss of mental powers.

So my calculations, I'm somewhere between 74 and 94. And I've reached the halfway point now. But have I? Well, 1996 when I was 73, I was cycling and I felt tightening on the neck. Oh, I must retire today. So I stopped. Next day, I returned to the bicycle. After five minutes it became worse.

So I said, no, no, this is something serious, it's got to do with the blood vessels. Rung up my doctor, who said, 'Come tomorrow'. Went tomorrow, he checked me, and said: 'Come back tomorrow for an angiogram.' I said: 'What's that?' He said: 'We'll pump something in and we'll see whether the coronary arteries are cleared or blocked.' I was going to go home. But an MP who was a cardiologist happened to be around, so he came in and said: 'What are you doing here?' I said: 'I've got this.' He said: 'Don't go home. You stay here tonight. I've sent patients home and they never came back.. Just stay here. They'll put you on the monitor. They'll watch your heart. And if anything, an emergency arises, they will take you straight to the theatre. You go home. You've got no such monitor. You may never come back.'

So I stayed there. Pumped in the dye, yes it was blocked, the left circumflex, not the critical, lead one. So that's lucky for me. Two weeks later, I was walking around, I felt it's coming back. Yes it has come back, it had occluded. So this time they said: 'We'll put in a stent.'

I'm one of the first few in Singapore to have the stent, so it was a brand new operation. Fortunately, the man who invented the stent was out here selling his stent. He was from San Jose, La Jolla something or the other. So my doctor got hold of him and he supervised the operation. He said put the stent in. My doctor did the operation, he just watched it all and then that's that. That was before all this problem about lining the stent to make sure that it doesn't occlude and create a disturbance.

So at each stage, I learnt something more about myself and I stored that. I said: 'Oh, this is now a danger point.' So alright, cut out fats, change diet, went to see a specialist in Boston, Massachusetts General Hospital. He said: 'Take statins.' I said: 'What's that?' He said: '(They) help to reduce your cholesterol.' My doctors were concerned. They said: 'You don't need it. Your cholesterol levels are okay.' Two years later, more medical evidence came out. So the doctors said: 'Take statins.'

Had there been no angioplasty, had I not known that something was up and I cycled on, I might have gone at 74 like my mother. So I missed that deadline.

So next deadline: my father's fall at 87.

I'm very careful now because sometimes when I turn around too fast, I feel as if I'm going to get off balance. So my daughter, a neurologist, she took me to the NNI, there's this nerve conduction test, put electrodes here and there. The transmission of the messages between the feet and the brain has slowed down.

So all the exercise, everything, effort put in, I'm fit, I swim, I cycle.. But I can't prevent this losing of conductivity of the nerves and this transmission. So just go slow.

So when I climb up the steps, I have no problem. When I go down the steps, I need to be sure that I've got something I can hang on to, just in case. So it's a constant process of adjustment.

But I think the most important single lesson I learnt in life was that if you isolate yourself, you're done for. The human being is a social animal - he needs stimuli, he needs to meet people, to catch up with the world.

I don't much like travel but I travel very frequently despite the jet lag, because I get to meet people of great interest to me, who will help me in my work as chairman of our GIC. So I know, I'm on several boards of banks, international advisory boards of banks, of oil companies and so on. And I meet them and I get to understand what's happening in the world, what has changed since I was here one month ago, one year ago. I go to India, I go to China.

And that stimuli brings me to the world of today. I'm not living in the world, when I was active, more active 20, 30 years ago. So I tell my wife. She woke up late today. I said: 'Never mind, you come along by 12 o'clock. I go first.'

If you sit back - because part of the ending part of the encyclopaedia which I read was very depressing - as you get old, you withdraw from everything and then all you will have is your bedroom and the photographs and the furniture that you know, and that's your world. So if you've got to go to hospital, the doctor advises you to bring some photographs so that you'll know you're not lost in a different world, that this is like your bedroom.

I'm determined that I will not, as long as I can, to be reduced, to have my horizons closed on me like that. It is the stimuli, it is the constant interaction with people across the world that keeps me aware and alive to what's going on and what we can do to adjust to this different world.

In other words, you must have an interest in life. If you believe that at 55, you're retiring, you're going to read books, play golf and drink wine, then I think you're done for. So statistically they will show you that all the people who retire and lead sedentary lives, the pensioners die off very quickly.

So we now have a social problem with medical sciences, new procedures, new drugs, many more people are going to live long lives. If the mindset is that when I reach retirement age 62, I'm old, I can't work anymore, I don't have to work, I just sit back, now is the time I'll enjoy life, I think you're making the biggest mistake of your life. After one month, or after two months, even if you go travelling with nothing to do, with no purpose in life, you will just degrade, you'll go to seed.

The human being needs a challenge, and my advice to every person in Singapore and elsewhere: Keep yourself interested, have a challenge. If you're not interested in the world and the world is not interested in you, the biggest punishment a man can receive is total isolation in a dungeon, black and complete withdrawal of all stimuli, that's real torture.

So when I read that people believe, Singaporeans say: 'Oh, 62 I'm retiring.' I say to them: 'You really want to die quickly?' If you want to see sunrise tomorrow or sunset, you must have a reason, you must have the stimuli to keep going'.

The Bottom Line Workshop - What is your Bottom Line?

I attended The Bottom Line Workshop previously in March. Yup the name says it all. It is to find out your bottom line. So at the end of the day, what do you want to achieve or get?

It is also about learning how to treat your life as a business.
I know some of you may be feeling lost at this point. But yes, we need to run it successfully, otherwise it will also close down or be doomed for failure or stress, just like some businesses.

I have attended many other kinds of seminars. But this one that I've attended is one that has allowed me to find out what I truly want in life and to find out what were my passion and purpose in life. It's unlike those T. Harv Eker, Blaire Singer kind of "rar rar" seminars. It touches into your heart and listening to your true inner self.

Among so many other workshops or seminars that I attended, this is one that impacts me most, I think it's because it's more personal and you get in touch with your true self.

There's a mini-workshop coming up on 20Jun. Below are the details to this mini-workshop.

The Bottom Line Mini Workshop
Wealth Dynamics Master Practitioner, Frances Cheung is coming to Singapore to conduct a mini-workshop called The Bottom Line Mini Workshop and I would like to invite you, as a Guest. In other words, you don't have to pay the $99 program fees. As I know the organiser, I do have some tickets to give away. Those who value personal development, would value such a gift.

This is a 2.5-hour intensive training where past participants received a lot of values. I know your time is precious so I want to make sure that you are the right person for this workshop to benefit you and make a difference to your business and your life.

So let me ask you this:

Do you treat your life as a business?

You might go "Er, huh, no, why?"

This concept may be a little alien to you, but your life is no one else's business but your own, isn't it? This is true whether you are an employee or an employer.

Your life is your business, whether you have managed it consciously with the professionalism of a CEO or not.

If you want your life to be productive and profitable, you'd better manage it with nothing less than what a professional CEO would do.

That includes:
1. Manage your productivity - Where are you spending and investing your time? Who are you spending time with? Is there a return?

2. What are your goals and targets?

3. Where are you today and what should you do next?

4. Who is playing on your team? Are they the right people?

5. What are the tools and strategies for you to most effectively rock your bottom line?

Do you know when is the last time you do a strategic review and planning for your life?

All above topics (plus exercises) will be discussed by Wealth Dynamics Master Practitioner, Frances Cheung, a self-made multi-millionaire who has found the science of creating LUCK and now lives her passion of teaching this science to others.

The Bottom Line Mini-Workshop is the time for you to stop your busy-ness and contemplate on a few things - very important things in your life.

After 2.5 hours, you will get

* A good picture of your current situation - in the past, 95% of participants were shocked
* 9 levels of wealth spectrum - and where are you today
* 8 different types of people - who you are and what is the easiest way for you to succeed
* A glimpse of what is going on in today's economy, and how you can benefit
* and a lot more...

As Frances always says "All great companies conduct strategic planning regularly, that is why they are great."

So if you want to manage your life as a great business, shouldn't you do it too?"

If you resonate, then you are the right person.

I will like to invite you as a guest to "The Bottom Line Mini Workshop".
Date: 31st Aug (Mon)
Time: 7.30pm to 10pm. Registration starts at 7pm.
Venue:
Singapore Management University (SMU) School of Economics & Social Science, Level5, Classroom 5.5 , 90 Stamford Road Singapore 178903

The ticket price to this workshop is $99.
For the first 5 people to register, it will be ONLY $20.
The Next 5 people to register it will be $25.
The rest will be at $30.

Do note that there are paying participants who have paid $99 for the 2.5-hour workshop.

*Just reply to lhaa_54@yahoo.com.sg with your full name, mobile number and email, I will register for you.*

11 May 2009: Review of Mastery Asia 3-Hour Seminar by Mr K.C. See

11 May 2009: Mastery Asia Seminar by Mr K.C. See
Yup yup. I attended MasteryAsia Seminar by Mr K.C. See.
It was held at Marriott Hotel 7-10pm.

I'm here to share with you what I learn throughout such seminars so even those who didn't have the opportunity to attend can learn some of the important points I sieved out from this seminar.

About K.C., he told his story about himself being a very hardworking person, work so hard, even started many businesses but working himself like crazy. Because he had this belief - "I must work hard then I can become successful." This belief was imparted to him by his parents, so he worked very very hard, even ran 9 different businesses in the past, then slowly sold them off or gave them up. Now he's focused himself on teaching and training-his passion, and letting others handle other aspects in his business.

Well KC is an entertaining speaker, but we can see that age is catching up on him. He's a happy man, inspired from Robert Kiyosaki's teaching. If you didn't know, Robert is the author of the book, Rich Dad Poor Dad.

I can say that the seminar was pretty long for some. It's a 3-hour intensive seminar reduced to a simple blog for all to understand and apply. I felt that he wants to actually impart to you the knowledge of achieving REAL WEALTH. Do you think you are wealthy even if you may have a Cool BMW or a fantastic house in Martin Place?

Just think about this, and ask yourself this question.
Q: How many days can you live if you stopped working tomorrow?

On average, most Singaporeans can live for 6 to 8 months, living off their savings. Some can't barely live after the next month. If not the banks will be chasing them like loansharks already.

So the Wealthier you are, means the longer you can live after you stopped working.

REAL WEALTH is the number of days you can survive forward if you stopped working tomorrow.

Ultimate Financial Strategy
K.C. says he can teach you how to reach total wealth in the fastest shortest time in just 10MINS.
He says, alot of people know HOW to do it, but they don't do it.

In 10mins,
To reach Financial Freedom, it will take some time, effort and resource to build YOUR OWN MONEY-MAKING MACHINE!

Question to Ponder: Why is it that the average Singaporean not making any money-making machine?

KC says, there are 2 kinds of people. One makes money-making machines. The other is a money-making machine for others.

So the answer to the above question is: It's not in our education to create money-making machines. It's not in our DNA. Education taught us to get a job.

KC is a believer in creating Multiple Sources of Income (MSI), to build many Money-Making machines. He believes that in order to live a happy and fulfiling life, your MSI need to come from 2 sources -
1) Passive Income (Monthly income that comes to you without needing you to work, such as royalty, dividends etc)
2) Passion Income (Doing what you love doing - KC loves speaking and imparting his knowledge)

It's important to have money-making machines. But don't jump into it. I know you must be thinking. So do I go out to find another JOB? Or do some direct sales or MLM?

NO! But you may do it if you want. But it will make you more tired when you already are half-dead after work.

Money Beliefs - will determine your actions and decisions.

Your Money Beliefs --> affect your Actions --> affect your Results --> affect your Money Beliefs

If you believe you will work in an MNC one day, and your goal is to become the President/VP of the company, you will naturally take steps to work towards that direction. Eventually, you will take action and climb up the corporate ladder to reach that goal.

If you believe that you want to become a successful entrepreneur. You will naturally find ways and means to achieve that.

Point to NOTE: You may read many "Rich" books, or guides on how to achieve success in a certain area. You may read and understand the notes, but if your beliefs are in conflict with it or you don't feel comfortable or enjoy it, you won't do it. So at the end of the day, it is your beliefs that is the result of your success today.

KC says:
-Changing your beliefs is changing your paradigm.
-Your entire education teach you to make money using time.
-Time is limited, thus income is limited if you get paid by the hour.
-So what's the solution? It's leveraging your time to create wealth.

If you want to run a business, you have to find people who have what you don't have and work with them.

-What's your mindset?
-How do you react when certain situations happen to you?
-Do you look at situations differently?

When KC meets people who have lost their job, what do you think he will say or react?
KC will always congratuate them! Because you most people in Singapore goes to work but don't enjoy it.

"The Crisis is really inside your Head." - Robert Kiyosaki

Life is never a straight road. There will always be obstacles around you, but it is how you deal with it to reach your objective.
"If you focus on obstacles, your objective will disappear. If you focus on the objective, your obstacles will disappear."
Opportunities is seen with the open mind.

Over the years, KC has built a Mentorship Community, which focuses on giving in order to receive. He has trained 7,200 people in 22 countries with offices in 6 different countries.

KC gives 4 Tips to achieve Wealth
-------------------------------------------
4 Decisions to carry out 4 Actions

1) Decide to create Multiple Sources of Income (MSI) - but do it with proper guidance

2) Decide to make a change =>Re-educate yourself. Uneducated change is dangerous!

Definition of insanity - "Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results!"

3) Decide to work smart - Leverage (about giving in order to receive)
It's not about the idea. It's about the implementation.

Leverage - R.I.C.E
Leverage on ...
Resources
Ideas - such as franchise opportunity
Contacts - leverage on other people's contacts
Expertise - you need not be an expert.

What do you need?
If you are going into business, you need to chose a person different from you.
So before you make money, you need to make friends!

4) Decide to Re-discover your True Passion
Everyone has a Dream, but you may have lost it. Everyone needs to find your true passion.

Ok. Finally my hands will have a chance to have a break. It's nearing the end of the seminar.
So he's selling his Money Mastery Programme. It will be a 2-year long mentorship programme.

You will have to attend a 3-day BootCamp. Then afterwards you will be assigned a mentor to help you. KC claims that they are the only Mentorship Programme that are Result-based, meaning that they will have a coach and they will help you to make at least $30k - $300k between 6-12 months in net income.

But there's a small twist - If you are able to earn an extra net income of at least $30k within the first 12months, then you are oblige to pay them $10k. So what if you earn $29,500?
KC also smart. He will give you $500, then he can take $10k back!

Smart Guy man!

So he says the 3Day BOOT CAMP is free! But you only have to pay for material fee.
Only $128!

Forgot to say, it's $128 x 24months! WHAT!!

Ok. So doing my Maths, the material fees actually cost a whopping $3072!!! Ya he says pay for hotel, food etc. Plus he didn't mention - his coaching fees I guess.

I say: "Where got Free BootCamp in Singapore? These smart people earn your money faster than you can react."
They even have live testimonials man! Not bad!

Well at the end of the day. I still recommend people to attend his free seminar. It very good. You also get a free Audio CD, which is similar to his seminar. He basically wants you to do free marketing for him - Leveraging on our contacts. Smart sia!

Feel free to leave your comments and suggestions.

10 May Mother's Day - Getting many material wealth is worth nothing when you can't share it with your loved ones

10 May Mother's Day
It's been a while since I last posted on my blog. More updates to my path and goals of starting and running businesses and working my way financial freedom.

Well, one may have all the wealth in the world. But forgetting to celebrate and spend time with your family and loved ones is a big NO-NO.

Everyone needs to live a well-rounded life and in order to enjoy a happy and fulfilling life.
Today, my family brought my grandmother to have nice western steak, with mashed potatoes, with coffee/tea and dessert, plus a salad buffet. It's at Maritime House. I was hesitating whether to tell you or not. Because they sell one of the most value-for-money western food in a restaurant. Shan't tell you more. If not, next time I can't find seats when I go there. haha.

Well, the moral of the story is: to take the time to nourish your body with nice food and spend bonding time with your loved ones, not forgetting your grandparents too!

Tri Swim organised by Orange Room

Hi Everyone,
I helped out on 3rd May at Tri Series: Tri Swim organised by Orange Room. The event was held in Sentosa, where there are different categories of swim, 500m, 1.5km, 3km swim.
I was there as a volunteer to help out before the race.
Well, it was an event to prepare or encourage first-timers or even experienced swimmers to try out for the triathlon.
This event is to also promote Singapore's sporting scene.
It is good to get everyone, young and old to get into the mood for exercising and keeping fit.

It is a good opportunity to Tri the Triathlon!
Cheers!

Spring Fest 2009 by Dreamz Come True

Hi Everyone,
Just last 2 weeks ago, I went to help out as a part-time Event Logistic Facilitator at a colouring contest by Dreamz Come True Inc Pte Ltd.
I found out about them through the Entrepreneur Action Program (EAP) network. They are a new company emerged from the EAP . They didn't want all that learning to go to waste, so the 4 of them formed a team. Their first project is Spring Fest'09 held in S P Jain Center of

All colouring materials are not provided. Registration fees is $10/child. Top 3 prizes are given to each categories.

Well it is an experience to help out with the newly formed company. Hope to start mine too!:)

My flight experience on Etihad Airways

I took this flight in March on a leisure family holiday to Australia.
All I can say that the services provided on board was great. On the 6 or 7 hour trip if I can recall, the appetiser or snacks are first served before the main meal. The airstewardess would serve drinks and a pack of nuts.
Now for the main course, there was Curry Chicken or Lagsana, served with fruit and veg salad, brownie, cross bun with a butter sachet, crackers packed to go along with the cheese (vacuum packed). You can then request for coffee or tea, wine etc as usual. Yummy! Loved it!
The air stewardess was very kind and friendly and continued to ask and served us drinks every 2hours during the flight. I feel like a king. That felt great!

Amazing Race 14 - Hilarious Moments

After watching the preview of the Amazing Race 14 last week that was to be shown this week, I was so looking forward to watching that episode. I felt that it was so hilarious and funny.
I think the preview of the episode 8 was very entertaining, that it was great entertainment after a hard day at work.
But the actual show seem to be one of the most intense and worrying moments for a few of the participants.
Well, I just love the entertainment and adrenaline rush of the amazing race show.
I think this is one of the funniest and entertaining moments on Amazing Race!
Check it out here. It's only a 30sec show preview - one of the best I felt.

Do you know it is very important to know who you mix or stay around with?

Most rich and famous people say this, "The people who you associate yourself with or always hang around with, tendency is, you will be like them." Your income level is somewhere similar as the people you be with.

So if you want to become a successful entrepreneur or businessman, mix with successful entrepreneurs and businessmen!
Hmmm...Does this sound familar at all to you?

Thus this is what I'm trying to do! Learning from these successful people and learn form their mistakes. Most importantly, is looking at the world through their eyes. Imagine if Richard Branson, Virgin founder, (don't know him-just Google him) woke up in your bed, do you think he will be richer than you are?

Earning from Inbox Dollars

Inboxdollars (Worldwide)
InboxDollars has a unique hybrid system. For US residents they offer cash for surveys, reading emails, shopping, referring others, playing games, completing offers & joining survey sites. For non-US residents they offer all of the above except surveys.

For Singaporeans, InboxDollars don't offer cash for shopping. Pls note that cash for games offer, WorldWinner games use Active-X components that only work with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 and higher on personal computers running the Microsoft Windows operating system.
At this time, WorldWinner currently does not support MacOS, WebTV, Firefox, Mozilla and Netscape. To earn cash from playing games, mostly you will need to put a deposit or upgrade your account. Well I don't really like to play much games.

Personally, I don't recommend this for Singaporeans who are even looking to earn some spare cash. It will be more suitable US residents.

You earn a signup bonus of $5. You also receive 10% of what each referral. The minimum payment amount is $30. Payments are sent through checks. One of the older sites. To signup click on your country: US, UK or other countries.

SFI Marketing Group - Affiliate Marketing

Ok, I've signed up for an account in SFI Marketing Group. Well it's free anyway. Open to International countries as well. Basically SFI is like an affiliate centre, you somehow tries to sell a product and get a commission for it. Ok it will not work for some, because it would take some time to promote your products. So the earning part isn't that fast. But they have laid out some kind of maximium income plan to help you get started, which seems to emphasise more on their compensation plan.

Hmmm...I don't think I really enjoy promoting products. Well if you are interested, you may click on the link below.

Review on SurveySavvy - credible (Paid Surveys) but not for Singaporeans

I've joined SurveySavvy because it is a recommended paying site that pays people to do surveys. But surveys are usually not available for Singaporeans, so I don't recommend Singaporeans to join SurveySavvy. But if you are a US or Canadian citizen, then it would be more suitable for you.

So if you are interested to join, well here's the link.

I subscribed to SGEntrepreneurs. They are on facebook as well.

Work From Home Singaporeans - Awesome Singaporean Community You Should Check Out!

Hi there,

I just chanced upon a REALLY cool site called Work From Home Singaporeans and I think you should check it out too:

http://tinyurl.com/ToPeopleInSingapore

Here's the thing.. I just read in the newspaper that more jobs are going to be axed for the next 6 months.

Many people I know have been to find extra forms of employment and income, so as to make sure that they can continue providing food on the table.

But it isn’t easy finding extra jobs when nobody is hiring and companies are cutting costs.

Then it daunted to me, so why not work from home?

Now that offline sources of income are gradually diminishing, it’s definitely time to explore the options of earning income online.

And that's when I discovered this while randomly surfing online for Work From Home Opportunities:

And I honestly feel what my two friends Calvin & Patricia has done is indeed very noble. With "Work From Home Singaporeans", they've set up an awesome community where they reveal one proven online money making strategy every 1-2 weeks.

You'll also get to listen to interviews with other successful work from home Singaporean entrepreneurs so you can model after their success formula.

On top of that, you get to make new friends and have fun while you learn at the same time.

Really, the amount of value you'll receive from this awesome membership
site is tremendous and you will have ALOT to benefit from it.

http://tinyurl.com/ToPeopleInSingapore

Oh, did I mention that it's completely FREE to sign up?

Yes, it sounds insane but it's true!

But I'm not sure when Calvin & Patricia is going to start charging for this, as they want to limit the members so they can devote their time fully on them.

So you have to hurry if you don't wish to miss out on this incredible
opportunity to learn how to become a successful Work From Home entrepreneur!

A Inspirational part of a Movie from Rocky (Rocky Balboa / father son)

This is a inspirational speech that is part of a show. Rocky (Sylvester Stallone) is a boxer and his job has somehow affected his son. Rocky's words also reflects his own true life story. That was how he became successful. He did not point fingers at others and blame other people. Life will hit you harder than anybody. If you know what you are worth, go and get what you are worth.

Catch it on youtube. You won't regret it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TfXw-E7HUq8

Below is just some excerpts from his speech:

Somewhere along the line, you changed.
You stopped being you.
You let people stick a finger in your face, and tell you you're no good.
And when things got hard, you started looking for something to blame...like a big shadow.
Let me tell you something you already know; the world ain't all sunshine and rainbows.
It's a very mean and nasty place.
And I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.
You, me, nobody...is gonna hit as hard as life.
But it ain't about how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can Get hit, and keep moving forward;
how much you can take, and keep moving forward.
That's how winning is done.
Now if you know what you're worth, go out and get what you're worth.
But you got to be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody.
Cowards do that, and that ain't you!
You're better than that!
Until you start believing in yourself, you ain't gonna have a life.
- Rocky, "Rocky Balboa"

Earning Money Online Workshop (Singapore Internet Academy)

Hi Everyone,
I just attended a 3-hours Free Hands-on Experience on Earning Money Online workshop yesterday at 7-10pm at Singapore Internet Academy. You can try searching them through the Internet. I wanted to see just how good is their workshop as they claim.

The Truth:
The workshop was located in a private estate. That internet marketer was also a home tutor as well. There were 2 of them there. But there were only 4 pathetic attendees including me. Well, I was quite curious about internet marketing as I am still quite new to it, so I asked them many questions till it was past 11pm. They were quite kind people who were willing to share their experiences and even would be willing to help you earn your first cheque.

But please be reminded that all risks or tasks that you intend to take upon on your internet business or internet marketing (IM) journey, such as getting a hosting site, domain etc, will be done by yourself. Help will be rendered by the 2 marketers to assist you if needed. If you join their course, they want you to be willing to come back even after the course to assist and ensure that you earn.

But for me, I'll try to start earning online first before investing in any big investment. I don't have a deep pocket. I am pretty busy with my full-time job as well. I want to earn money online! Once I have set this goal, I'll make sure it will come true.

I'll update all on my first paycheck or payment credited to my account!
Cheers!

Starting out

Hi Everyone,
I'm have looking through the Internet for many opportunities to make money. But I'm also very wary about scam sites and do research on them before joining.
I never thought about setting up a blog, thinking that it may be a waste of time. But I was considering...why not give myself a chance to start anew and start building up my credibility from Day One.

So it was just the day before that I started my blog and I would like to make it an inspirational and helpful blog that can benefit others, whether is it through positive motivation and mindset or money-making tips and opportunities. For a start, I would be targeting to help my local friends as much as possible first before establishing my credibility to help even more people world-wide.

I hope to give some tips to others through my own experience but I would not be able to judge whether a business is good or bad, because to some people it may seem like a scam, but to others it may be a fantastic money making opportunity. Some love it, some hate it. It's for you to experience.

I'm currently working full-time, so I need to find time to post messages in between exploring more opportunities and work. So whenever I post something, I would want to add value to you. Whether it may be on positive mindsets or about generating more cash, I want you to feel better at the end of the day, or at least gain more knowledge or become wiser.

I wouldn't want to bore you down or make you feel worse off after reading my blog, unlike some blogs, that does nothing but complain about their lives. It's important that we always look from the positive side. It's because what we think is what we attract. I would like to end off with two quotes...

"We are like magnets - like attract like. You become AND attract what you think."
"Happy feelings will attract more happy circumstances."

Cheers,
Lina

P.S. If you feel like you need someone to talk to or share some stuff that's bugging you. Feel free to post your comments or tell me if you like a private talk, then you may state your email too.

Welcome Message

Hi Everyone,
Welcome to my blog. This blog is done in the hope to inspire more people to move on in their lives, staying positive and being happy. I'm a Singaporean, and living in Singapore, one of the most stressful countries on this planet. It's also well-known to be one of the cleanest, safest and most uncorrupted country too!
Most importantly, money seems to be a big issue in the world we live in now. I'll strive and do my best to see how I can assist or help those who would want to generate more money, whether is it online or offline. I hope to recommend ways on how to get paid with little or no money down.

Stay tune!
Cheers, Lina
